I received a call from Creative Vacation Solutions and was extremely hesitant to let them sell my Orange Park resort in Orlando, Florida. They told me that I have to pay an upfront fee of $1287 for the title and maintenance report search and I hung up on them. I went online and did some research and found out that they are actually a legitimate company with a good rating from the BBB so I called them back and decided to give them a chance. I was working with a gentleman named Ricardo who assured me that he would sell my unit for me within 120 days, I chuckled but said OK.
After several calls to customer service to get status updates, I figured I got scammed again. About a month later I received a call saying that the interested family signed the offer and was able to get the financing. I was sent my check and I signed over the title to them. What a relief to get this thing off my back!
